1 You have listened to a radio discussion programme about how to motivate children to do regular exercise. You have made the notes below:

Write an essay for your tutor discussing two of the ways in your notes. You should explain which way is more effective in motivating children to do regular exercise and provide reasons to support your opinion.

The event included information about how to identify suitable jobs, workshops on writing effective job applications, and advice on how to do well in interviews.

The College Principal has asked you to write a report evaluating to what extent the event was successful and making recommendations for next year's event.
